Cameron Woods Homeowner Association's main goal is to protect and safeguard the safety and the attractiveness of our community and the financial investment in our homes. The responsibilities of the HOA are to maintain the neighborhood's common areas, manage its legal and financial affairs, and enforce the covenants and restrictions on our properties. The HOA and its dedicated volunteers consist of board members, volunteer committees & property owners. Funding comes from yearly dues from all property owners in the neighborhood.
This website has been developed to keep our homeowners informed of community business, as well as to provide information to those considering making Cameron Woods their new home.

UPDATE - May 14, 2025
Hello neighbors!
Your 2025 HOA board is working hard to find ways to reduce neighborhood costs, to keep our dues low, while also making sure the basic needs of the neighborhood and common areas are met.
Thus far, we have taken quotes from multiple landscaping companies to reduce our largest cost, which is maintaining our entrance. The other major issue with our neighborhood funds is that many homeowners have not paid HOA dues for multiple years.
We have created an online payment portal to make paying dues fast & easy for you! Additionally, in an effort to bring all accounts current and to stop dipping into reserve funds (which we have been doing since 2022), we are also waiving late fees and interest on all unpaid balances until September 30 of 2025.
If you have questions regarding your balance, you can contact the HOA at [email protected].
Thanks!
