OPERATING ACCOUNT ACTIVITY 2024 - 2025 - BALANCE AS OF MAY 15, 2025
We were spending $240 per month to maintain the landscaping of the front entrance. We did sign a contract with a new landscaping company in April of 2025. We are now paying $195.83 per month.
We DO have a reserve fund which has been utilized since 2022 in order to pay regular expenses.
