Architectural Review Committee
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW COMMITTEE
Article 1, 1.02, of the Declaration of Protective Covenants for Cameron Woods, sets forth the establishment of the Architectural Review Committee (ARC) to ensure that all dwellings adhere to the standards set forth in the Covenants.
During the past several years, the Board of Director/Officers have served as the ARC. We currently have several neighbors who have stepped up to serve on the ARC. Even though the requirements for review have been in effect, the Homeowner's board have received very few plans for review on changes to property. The current Board is in the process of ensuring the neighborhood maintains the standards set in place during the establishment of the neighborhood. Currently, the Board and the ARC are reviewing items added during this time period, i.e., pools, storage sheds, fences are a few examples.
If any fencing, outbuildings, remodeling, reconstruction, alterations, or additions that alter the exterior appearance that should have been approved by the Board/ARC please submit documentation or provide names of board members who approved the project.
The HOA and the ARC are working to resolve these issues and explore solutions to violations that have occurred previously.
Allowing our neighborhood to become an "anything goes" subdivision, will be directly reflected in a decrease in our property values. The HOA and ARC will follow procedure, uniformly, timely and consistently to enforce the covenants and rules regardless of the violation. These actions are being carried out to protect our property values and aesthetics of the neighborhood.
The new ARC members are listed below, along with contact information. If one of the above mentioned violation have occurred or you have received a violation notice, please contact one of the ARC members, complete the attached form and submit permits, other documentation and pictures for review.

The Board has also adopted a Policy and Procedure Enforcement and Fine Schedule for covenant violations to be consistent and transparent which can be found on our website.
