NEIGHBORHOOD GENERAL RULES
The following are the general rules of Cameron Woods, found in ARTICLE II of the DECLARATION OF PROTECTIVE COVENANTS FOR CAMERON WOODS SUBDIVISION and must be complied with by all Owners and Occupants. This document is only a summary, and is provided as a convenience to Owners and Occupants for quick reference only.
1. No unsightly, or unkempt conditions are allowed. Lawns will be mowed to keep a neat appearance. Homes should be maintained to prevent the decrease of the beauty of the neighborhood.
2. No animals, livestock, or poultry is permitted, raised, or bread on any residence, with the exception of dogs, cats, or other common household pets. Dogs have to be on a leash when off residence even if accompanied. Per city of Chelsea 05-05-17-272 .
3. No offensive activity shall be carried out within the neighborhood, or anything to cause annoyance or nuisance to others within the neighborhood.
All rubbish, trash, and garbage shall be regularly removed and shall not be allowed to accumulate or be stored on any lot.
4. No outside burning without proper permits.
5. No structure of a temporary character, trailer, basement, tent,
or shack can be used as a residence.
6. No signs are allowed.
7. All vehicles shall be parked in garages, or driveways.
8. Vehicles on blocks must be stored in the basement or garage of a dwelling.
9. Utility trailers, boats, recreational vehicles, and travel trailer must be parked or stored in the basement, garage or not be visible from the street.
10. No motorized vehicles allowed on private property or common areas.
11. Wood piles, BBQ grills, outdoor furniture, swing sets, jungle gyms, trampolines and all recreational equipment must be behind the home.
12. Above ground swimming pools are not allowed.
13. Statues, water fountains, bird baths, bird feeders, wood carvings, plaques, and other home crafts are only allowed at the rear of the residence.
Exterior construction, additions, erections, and alterations must be approved in writing by Architectural Review Committee.
