- Treasurer – Kiley (collection of dues) & Joe Ann (bill payment) & Jennifer (send out invoices)
*Discussion of Updates to the Community Website - Need access from previous board/volunteers - Jennifer will request.
*Discussion of Annual Costs & Income
Lawncare is our largest expense, time to find someone less expensive.
Need for an increase in annual dues? NO! Owners aren't/haven't been paying dues. Need to collect unpaid dues.

Find Volunteers, discussion of their role.

Add a pay options on the website. – Joe Ann will handle – choosing option with fees going to the payee

Discussed updated quotes Kiley & Joe Ann will get additional quotes.
Kiley will check sprinkler.

Discussed sending out 2nd notices for unpaid dues. Jennifer will work on who owes dues & best way to notify owners.

Send notice/request to complete ARC Form to homes making exterior changes.
Jennifer to communicate to owner of home in SC that sent request to us in error.

Schedule a Community Yard Sale - maybe in late April.

Kiley will check light bulbs, entrance is hard to see at night.

Jennifer has reconciled who owes what dues from 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025.
Jennifer will send out dues letters IF balance owed & include update on what the board has achieved so far.
*Discussion of Welcoming new neighbors:
Jennifer will draft a welcome note for board review. Board will start providing welcome note & small/inexpensive flower/plant to new owners when they move in
*Discussion of Community Yard Sale
Too hot to do now, choose fall date - Oct 4th 2025
Jennifer will reach out to neighboring HOA's to see if they want to also plan community yard sales on the same date.
