Paying Dues
HOA dues support the basic needs of the neighborhood, entrance landscaping, lighting and water, common area maintenance, plus repairs and other incidental expenses. We rely on non-paid volunteers, in addition to contractors to protect the attractiveness of our community!
Dues are $90.00 a year.

Assessment Collection Summary
Normal annual HOA assessments are due January 1 per bylaws and covenants and will again resume for the 2025 calendar year. Invoicing/Statements are sent as reminders.
Delinquency Date — Assessments are delinquent thirty (30) days from the statement date on invoice.
Finance and Other Charges — Any assessment not paid at the expiration of 30 days after the due date will incur a late charge of $10.00 per month. Additionally, interest will accrue at the rate of 18% per annum. All and any costs and charges incurred for the collection of past due assessments are the responsibility of the homeowner.
Past Due Notice — No sooner than thirty (30) days after the due date, the Board will send a delinquency notice to the Owner, at Owner’s expense, stating an assessment is outstanding, also stating late charges and all fees during this collection process shall become the responsibility of the homeowner.
Demand Statement - No sooner than sixty (60) days beyond the due date, the Board will send a final statement making formal demand for all outstanding Assessments and related charges. If this amount is not paid in full within ten (10) days, a lien could be filed on the property. All fees, court cost, and all other expenses paid or incurred by the Association in attempting in attempting to collecting is the homeowners responsibility.
Homeowners who believe a statement balance is an error, should immediately notify the the Treasurer and should be prepared to provide the appropriate paperwork showing why the balance due may be in error. For example, if the homeowner says that payment has already been made, proof of payment must be provided, i.e., copy of a cancelled check from the bank. Copies of checks out of checkbooks will not be accepted as proof of payment.
